Foster, who has been with Zephyr for 10 years, has a long history at some of the Bay Area’s most successful brokerages. Her unflagging efforts to stay on the cutting edge have led to an impressive assortment of awards and acknowledgements for Zephyr. She played a crucial role in developing Zephyr’s strong brand as the number one independent real estate firm in San Francisco.
In her discussion with GeekEstate founder and owner, Drew Meyers, Foster related her experiences with website vendor, Tribus, and their many collaborations to integrate best of breed technologies into both the front-end and back-end of the Zephyr website platform. She reviewed the many strategic initiatives launched in 2017, including programs for client rating/reviews, amenity maps, an automated social media ad platform, livechat and more. Focus for 2018 will be around streamlining and optimizing workflow to simplify the process as much as possible.
GeekEstate was launched in 2007 by Drew Meyers as a resource for real estate professionals to learn how to maximize the use of technology and search engine optimization. His background includes a broad range of real estate technology and consulting project as well as developing two travel apps.
“It was a pleasure chatting with Drew about our marketing and technology advances at Zephyr,” commented Foster. “I realize what a productive year it has been and look forward to more in the year ahead.”
