SAN ANTONIO, July 25, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of the general partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP (NYSE:WNRL) declared a quarterly cash distribution for the second quarter 2017 of $0.4675 per unit, or $1.87 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 3.3 percent increase over the quarterly distribution of $0.4525 per unit paid in May 2017, and is the 14th consecutive increase in the quarterly distribution. The second quarter distribution will be paid on August 18, 2017, to all unitholders of record at the close of market on August 4, 2017.
