Wendy’s is celebrating the back-to-school season with a special promotion, offering free kids’ meals with the purchase of any combo meal through September 2. The deal is available via the Wendy’s app and includes popular kid-friendly options.
Wendy’s Celebrates Back-to-School with Free Kids’ Meals When You Order a Combo Meal
Wendy's offers a special promotion that gives customers something extra at no additional cost. The Ohio-based fast-food chain announced giving away free Wendy's kid meals by purchasing any combo meal to celebrate the back-to-school season. This deal is available now through September 2.
The promotion includes a choice of four-piece chicken nuggets (regular or spicy), a cheeseburger, or a hamburger paired with either Jr. French fries or apple slices, People reported. Kids can also select their favorite drink, such as chocolate milk or lemonade, and receive a toy in their meal as a bonus.
To take advantage of this offer, customers must purchase a premium combo meal, including one of Wendy's premium sandwiches, a side, and a beverage. The catch? The free kid's meal must be ordered through the Wendy's app, which can be downloaded. The app requires users to input some personal information to place an order.
Notably, there is no limit to how many times the free kid's meal deal can be accessed between now and September 2, giving you the flexibility to enjoy this offer as many times as you like.
Wendy’s $1 Frosty Deal and Rewards Program Offer More Value for Customers This Fall
In addition to this deal, Wendy's offers its famous Frosty for just $1 through Sunday, September 15. Like the kid's meal promotion, there is no limit on how many $1 Frosties customers can enjoy during this period, per Food & Wine.
Both deals also allow users with a MyWendy account to accumulate points for Rewards that can be redeemed for free food or drinks in the future. Customers earn 10 points for every $1 spent at Wendy's, with rewards starting at 200 points. Customers must scan the QR code on their receipt to ensure points are counted when purchasing in-store.
These promotions offer great value for customers, allowing them to enjoy freebies now and use their points to earn more in the future.
