It was first thought that there is one more episode before the conclusion, but since there is no follow-up until now, it was assumed that it is officially over. The question is - will there “Val x Love” season 2 to continue the story?
The return of the anime
There is no announcement yet with regards to the continuation of “Val x Love” season 2, but it was said that there is a high chance that it will be back. The reason for this belief is simple - the anime has numerous viewers, which means it is popular.
People in the entertainment business work to make their shows well-known so they will earn. In the case of Val x Love,” it is definitely worth renewing since it attracts a good number of people who tuned in to watch all the episodes.
Season 1 finale hints
Moreover, there are hints that “Val x Love” season 2 is coming, and they were given out during the finale of the first installment. Firstly, it was shown that Takuma Akutsu actually possesses more power that he and the Valkyries have ever known. This could mean that he will reveal what he can do in the continuation.

When “Val x Love” season 2 returns, it was predicted that Takuma will have more role and bigger responsibilities as the Odin’s nine daughters’ lover. He might also need to deal with the ladies in his home who are falling in love with him for real though some of them just won’t accept the reality.
Takuma will be more powerful, and his community might already appreciate his presence than continue to reject him. He would also be accepted in school and will probably become popular in “Val x Love” season 2 since he aced the exams and ranks no. 1.
