The free package allows you to send up to ten questions, and you can upgrade for a reasonably small annual cost. The analytic features of SurveyMonkey are impressive and can help you to get some truly valuable data.

MailChimp – If you want to master the art of great email marketing then MailChimp is one of the best options. Its free package allows you to send emails to up to 2000 recipients per month, and you can upgrade if you need to go above this. MailChimp allows you to create professional looking templates with ease, and gives you some particularly good monitoring features. This enables you to track the effectiveness of your campaigns and improve your strategy where necessary.

Google Analytics – For analyzing your website usage, Google offers a great free service that will help you to build information on the use of your website. This will help you track where your campaigns have successfully driven website traffic, and alert you if usage starts to drop off.

WordPress – If you don’t already have a website, then WordPress provides a free website that you can write blogs on. If you don’t have any web presence and you need to advertise your business online, then a free website can do the job. If you can’t afford the greater expense of other webhosting fees then this is the best free option for building a website, and once your business is succeeding, you can upgrade and buy your domain.
