SAN JOSE, Calif., March 28, 2016 -- Synaptics Incorporated (NASDAQ:SYNA), Shenzhen Huiding Technology Co., Ltd. and Goodix Technology, Incorporated, have entered into a settlement that dismisses all pending litigation in the United States International Trade Commission and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and all pending administrative actions between the parties, including inter-parties review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the invalidity review proceeding in China. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
