TUALATIN, Ore., March 28, 2016 -- Reddaway has been selected by GlobalTranz as its 2015 Carrier of the Year-Western Region. The GlobalTranz award program recognizes suppliers for exceptional performance and quality in six key criteria: on-time pickup, on-time delivery, driver courtesy, claims and damages, billing accuracy and customer service. This award confirms Reddaway’s status as a premier next-day and two-day delivery service provider in the western United States.
"It is tremendously satisfying to be singled out by our customers as being among their very best suppliers," said T.J. O’Connor, Reddaway President & CEO. "We are particularly pleased to be selected by one of the major third-party logistics companies in the country as being their top supplier in the region. My personal thanks to all of the Reddaway employees who do what it takes to never let down our customers. And on behalf of everyone at Reddaway, our thanks to GlobalTranz for this honor.”
O’Connor and Dan Kling, Reddaway’s CFO, received the award on behalf of the company. This is the fifth time Reddaway has been named GlobalTranz’s Carrier of the Year-Western Region (2009, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015).
