FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Feb. 28, 2018 -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per common share at its regularly scheduled Board meeting held on February 28, 2018. The Board also approved a first quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share. The dividends, for the period January 1 through March 31, 2018, are payable on April 2, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2018.
