JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 30, 2017 -- ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRKR) (“ParkerVision”), a developer and marketer of semiconductor technology solutions for wireless applications, announced that the Middle District of Florida granted ParkerVision’s request to lift the stay and reopen its patent infringement case against Apple, LG and Qualcomm. The Court also ordered the parties to conduct a case management conference within 30 days and file a case management report to the Court within 14 days following the conference. The Company’s request to reopen this case was filed on May 4, 2017 following the International Trade Commission’s ruling to approve the Company’s motion to terminate its parallel ITC investigation against these same defendants.
