New York, NY, Sept. 07, 2016 -- SELECT, the preeminent black card and concierge service, announced the launch of their all-new SELECT HOTELS Travel Program. The first-of-its-kind service empowers SELECT’s growing member base to save up to 60% on bookings at over 60,000 hotels, and 10% cash back at an additional 700,000+ destinations worldwide.
The program launch is the culmination of a longstanding effort to bring together unpublished rates from private hotel booking services into a unique and unified destinations platform, featuring ‘best of the best’ rates from across the included services. Among these are the curated products of leading OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and corporate travel providers as well as direct negotiated rate agreements between SELECT and various major hotel chains and boutiques.
“We wanted to make SELECT the best place for our members to book a hotel no matter their destination or taste, and I’m proud to say we’ve achieved exactly that,” said SELECT CEO Carlo Cisco.
The 10-60+% savings available through SELECT HOTELS, known as ‘SELECT Member Deals’ are automatically applied and their full property name and location is displayed during browsing. Discounted rates stemming from ‘SELECT Member Deals’ are applied immediately and are available as shown. 10% cash back (available at over 700,000 additional locations) is issued to members in the form of a check upon the completion of a stay at corresponding ‘SELECT HOTELS’ booking.
The ‘SELECT HOTELS’ program is designed to replace all existing platforms as the lowest-cost option in existence for the online booking of hotel and resort stays. The program is available to all SELECT Members, who pay an annual fee to access an expansive suite of additional SELECT Member benefits and services through MeetSELECT.com, as well as SELECT’s Members-only iPhone and Android mobile applications.
The launch of SELECT HOTELS comes in the wake of rapid expansion of the SELECT member base in 2016. The company, originally from New York, NY, opened its fourth market in San Francisco in June on the back of rising demand, following earlier market launches in Washington DC and Miami. Subsequent launches are planned for additional major US markets in late 2016, with further markets to follow during FY 2017
