“One Piece” chapter 976 is coming and the war between the Straw Hats and Kaido’s alliance team is finally about to start after a long time. It is totally a faceoff between Luffy, Law and Kidd against Kaido, Kurozumi Orochi and Big Mom which the fans have been waiting to happen.
“One Piece” chapter 976 will follow after Luffy and his allies took out Kaido’s allies in Tokage port. After defeating the villains, they are now heading to Onigashima to wage war against the beast pirates and surely this will be an interesting battle because Kaido’s veteran pirates’ team is obviously stronger but Luffy and his team may be planning something to beat their bigger and more powerful opponents.

Kyoshiro finally revealed his true identity after joining the raid that helped the supernova trio destroy a ship belonging to the enemies. Kinemon was also there when Denjiro finally took off his veil and said that he has been hiding for 20 years and living as Kyoshiro so he can get close and spy on the enemies.
In “One Piece” chapter 976, Kyoshiro also helped power up Luffy and his allies by adding more fighters who are actually prisoners in Rasetsu Town that he released when Orochi left him in charge of the Flower capital. Their team has over 5,400 people now and they arrived in Port Tokage before Orochi could burn the bridges and prevent them from coming.
Plot summary - What will happen next?
“One Piece” chapter 976 is clearly the beginning of a long battle ahead. Kanjuro’s true color was also revealed and he was the spy planted by Orochi in the Kozuki family. Prior to the big reveal that he is the traitor that led to Oden’s death, he was considered to be Oden’s trusted servant who was respected even by his fellow retainers.
Kinemon may faceoff with Kanjuro for what he did to the nine scabbards and the Kozuki family. In Onigashima, although Luffy and his allies are still rookie pirates, Denjiro joining them with his troops just increased their chance of defeating Kaido, Orochi and Big Mom. Denjiro is the scabbards’ long-lost comrade and it turned out that he has been waiting for Kinemon and the others for 20 years until they return to the Land of Wano so they can all finally fight Kaido.

Otakukart reported that “One Piece” chapter 976 has been delayed as Eiichiro Oda decided to take a break due to the current situation around the world. It was supposed to be released on March 29 but was moved to April 5.
