Nordic American Offshore Ltd. today announced that it expects to release its 4th quarter 2016 report Tuesday February 28, 2017, before the opening of trading at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). At that date the dividend is expected to be announced. The record date is expected to be Thursday March 16, 2017. The payment of dividend is expected to take place on or about Thursday March 30, 2017.
