Noodles & Company Announces Proposed Offering of Common Stock

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Feb. 09, 2017 -- Noodles & Company (Nasdaq:NDLS) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed public offering of its Class A Common Stock. Noodles & Company intends to use the proceeds, in conjunction with other capital resources, to satisfy existing and anticipated liabilities and to fund, in part, certain capital expenditures related to business initiatives in its restaurants.

Jefferies LLC is acting as underwriter for the offering.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
