In commemoration of the 35th Anniversary of the Air Max 97 this year, Nike is coming up with the Nike Air Max 97 SE in a black/off noir set-up.
The upper of the sneaker is recrafted in premium suede, with a softer twill replacing the traditional mesh base underlay and a sleek black-on-black package.
It has a contrasting white midsole and Air unit in finishing off the colorway.
The Air Max 97 SE “Off Noir” is expected to soon hit retailers and Nike.com for $180.
Nike successfully reintroduced the silhouette to the market in 2017, when it quickly rose into among the must-have sneakers in any wardrobe.
The Air Max 97 continued to be one of the best-selling shoes of 2021 for adult men and women to grade school sizes, despite minimal marketing given it.
