Elwood, Illinois, June 07, 2017 -- The National Cemetery Administration released on Wednesday, June 7 a solicitation in which it outlined plans to award a contract to a certified small business that can provide mosquito control services at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
The contractor who receives the award must provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, professional guidance and advice for and incident to the provision of mosquito control services.
The planned period of performance, according to the solicitation, is from the date the contract is awarded through September 30, 2017. The National Cemetery Administration also intends to include in the contract award four one-year options.
According to the solicitation, the contract must perform all work in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules, and drawings, and in accordance with any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any state and/or local regulations, laws, and codes.
The relevant NAICS Code is 561710, and the business size standard is $11 million.
