CHICAGO and DALLAS, May 26, 2017 -- RHR International (“RHR”), the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies, has appointed Michael Bleadorn, PhD, to the position of partner in RHR’s Dallas office.
Mike brings to RHR a strong track record of providing executive consulting services to the C-suite, boards, senior executives, and high-potential emerging talent. For more than 25 years, he has assisted organizations and senior leaders in learning how to think and act strategically in developing talent and moving from concept to implementation. He is known for his authentic and engaging leadership style, which is collaborative, unifying, and inspirational. He has expert-level facilitation skills and the ability to build strong teams. Mike has provided consulting services to a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, media, pharma, and technology.

Prior to joining RHR, Mike was vice president and North America practice lead at Right Management, responsible for leading the North American Talent Management practice. Mike worked directly with senior leaders across North America to drive business performance through the development of global talent strategy and execution. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he regularly provided executive assessment and coaching for C-suite leaders and board advisory services.
Mike received a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College. He earned a master’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a PhD in psychology from Alliant University.
