LIVERMORE, Calif., June 07, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), a diversified business to business rental company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2017 to all shareholders of record on July 17, 2017. The year 2017 marks the 25th consecutive year that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
