The winner of the 1-month free contest was Tyler Alford, a Seaman Apprentice (HN) and Dental Corpsman at the Washington Navy Yard Clinic. "We are grateful and very happy to have won the free rent in December for filling out the Satisfaction Survey,” said Alford. “It gave us an opportunity to also express our satisfaction with Bellevue housing. We are very pleased with the service we have received by the leasing office ladies and all the maintenance crew. Even the smallest issue is taken care of quickly!"
“Feedback provided by the Alford family, as well as all of the residents who participate in the survey, provide us with invaluable insight on their customer service expectations. One month free rent is a small token of appreciation for their participation.” said John Corriher, Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region. We have been “Leading the Way Home” in the Mid-Atlantic region and maintain industry-leading customer service scores as reflected in our surveys.
