MONROE, Mich., May 01, 2018 -- Directors of La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE:LZB) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable June 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2018.
