LG CNS Co. will collaborate with Microsoft for the Azure OpenAI Services business and develop new services using ChatGPT.
Azure OpenAI Services offers various AI functions, such as language comprehension, image analysis, and sentiment analysis, by utilizing OpenAI's technology that developed ChatGPT.
Both companies will work together on generative AI, including text-generating AI, drawing AI, and voice replication AI, among others.
To accomplish this, LG CNS will create a dedicated team of AI service developers, including experts in AI and cloud technology, in collaboration with Microsoft.
Microsoft will also provide consulting and technical support to LG CNS, South Korea’s largest cloud computing service provider, in developing services such as an artificially intelligent contact center and knowledge chatbots for delivering specific knowledge and information.
LG CNS will seek new AI business opportunities for its customers in various industries such as manufacturing, finance, distribution, e-commerce, and gaming.
