RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., June 12, 2017 -- JAGGAER, Inc., producers of the world's most comprehensive Source to Pay (S2P) spend solutions suite announced it has been recognized as a strong performer in the growing eProcurement market, by independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc. in a new report titled "The Forrester Wave™: eProcurement, Q2 2017.” According to the report, JAGGAER “combines one of the best eProcurement products for usability within a comprehensive suite,” and noted the company’s ability to integrate a wide ranging set of solutions into a comprehensive suite.
"JAGGAER’s new name is a sign of new leadership and new customer-focus,” wrote Forrester Vice President, Principal Analyst Duncan Jones in the report, which positions the company as a strong performer and adds that the company intends to expand “beyond its traditional heartland of life sciences and higher education.”
Forrester recognizes JAGGAER for having “some exceptional search capabilities,” including the ability to search by product attribute and contract line items. It also noted JAGGAER’s customers expressed “a noticeable improvement in customer engagement.” Forrester concludes the profile by saying the company “merits consideration by North American AD&D leaders in other industries (in addition to higher education and life sciences) who want a highly usable P2P solution to which they can later add S2C.”
According to the original Forrester assessment, JAGGAER scored the highest ratings possible in the supporting products and services as well as noncatalog requisitions criteria. It scored a 4 out of 5 in automatic validation, invoice validation, invoice exception approval, supplier integration, and robustness criteria.
"The industry pundits are increasingly validating our business and go-to-market strategy: listening to customers, understanding the future trends, and applying these learnings to a technology roadmap that provides tailored solutions for industry verticals. The Forrester report identifies some of the areas that we have committed to this focus, which we believe is a validation that we are delivering on our brand promise," says JAGGAER CEO Rob Bonavito.
