InterCloud Systems’ Netlayer.io Software Platform Becomes a Computer Associates Technology Partner

SHREWSBURY, N.J., Dec. 29, 2017 -- InterCloud Systems, Inc. (the "Company" or "InterCloud") (OTC:ICLD), a leading provider of cloud networking orchestration and automation solutions and services, today announced that its Netlayer.io software platform became a technology partner with Computer Associates (CA). Netlayer.io was recently selected by CA as a Technology Partner. The integrated solution was presented at CA World convention that took place in Las Vegas in November 2017.

Chief Technology Officer Konstantine Babenko stated, "We spent over a year working closely with teams at Computer Associates to integrate into several CA platforms including Spectrum and eHealth. The ultimate goal was to add value by providing an opportunity for customers to increase service level optimization to existing IT monitoring systems. Netlayer.io integrates with Computer Associates network monitoring and analytical systems. The integrated Netlayer.io/CA solution provides end-to-end orchestration and monitoring functions for next-gen virtualized networking environments such as SDN, NFV, and SD-WAN. CA monitoring and analytics through Netlayer.io's orchestration allows reactive and proactive actions based on CA's analytics input.

CA and Netlayer.io's combined solutions work in a fully virtualized, software defined environment, that allows networks to:
