CHICAGO, Oct. 28, 2016 -- The board of directors of GATX Corporation (NYSE:GATX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share, payable December 31, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016. This quarterly dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter.
