London, UK, Feb. 13, 2018 -- Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of temporary furnished apartments, has added a service center in London’s Mayfair neighborhood to provide 24/7 support for its guests staying in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
While Furnished Quarters has been providing its clients with serviced apartments in EMEA for some time, the London service center further signifies the expansion of the US-based company into Europe.
“We’ve always had clients with needs in Europe, but this past year we are managing more global corporate housing programs than ever before,” notes Steve Brown, CEO of Furnished Quarters. “Adding a London home base enables us to provide the best service to our guests in time zones not easily staffed from the US.”
The company has brought on Diego Dutra, formerly of Q Apartments International, as its first UK-based employee. He will be responsible for guest services across Furnished Quarters’ EMEA apartments.
Furnished Quarters continues to maintain strong relationships with its UK strategic serviced apartment providers and does not see that changing in any way. The new office and staff members will ensure a smooth transition for clients and guests staying in both partner and Furnished Quarters-managed apartments.
“More Fortune 500 companies are moving toward singular, centralized corporate housing programs, and often prefer to work with one corporate housing provider for all of their serviced apartment needs,” says Craig Partin, Chief Sales Officer at Furnished Quarters. “We have, in many cases, become the lead provider, and so we very much value our supplier partners. We will be working hand-in-hand with them to deliver a stellar guest experience.”
