Terrence O’Toole brings 16-years of logistics industry experience to FreightCenter as the new Director of Brokerage and Enterprise Sales. He will lead the company’s efforts in developing custom freight shipping solutions for large businesses and high volume shippers.
PALM HARBOR, Fla., March 14, 2016 -- FreightCenter announces the addition of Terrence O’Toole to the corporate management team as the Director of Brokerage & Enterprise Sales. O’Toole brings an abundance of industry knowledge to the company, having spent 16 years with a household name logistics company, where he was instrumental in delivering continued growth to many national and international segments of their organization.
O’Toole will lead FreightCenter in further developing relationships with enterprise-level clients, using a transparent customer-based approach.
“Building enterprise sales is dependent on customer experience. There has to be a mutual understanding of what the relationship is and how it will support their business goals,” says O’Toole.
O’Toole believes the high volume of daily transactional sales managed by FreightCenter is a big advantage the company has over competition.
“Those larger 3PLs competing in the marketplace haven’t had the opportunity to develop the same qualities that FreightCenter has through its transactional business,” says O’Toole.
CEO and President of FreightCenter, Matthew Brosious believes O’Toole’s appointment is a sign of the company’s commitment to being an industry leader.
“FreightCenter’s recent innovations led us to look for an addition to the team that not only has a wealth of industry knowledge, but also shares the spirit of our culture. With Terrence’s focus on the customer experience, I’m confident he will complement our previous transaction-based structure and be successful in driving enterprise sales,” says Brosious.
