He will join FTI Consulting’s Executive Committee, which includes segment leaders, regional leaders and heads of key corporate functions.
“As we think about collaborating across our segments to build a business that as a whole is more than the sum of its individual parts, we are leveraging our cross-company expertise by putting in place regional matrixes,” said Steven H. Gunby, President and Chief Executive Officer of FTI Consulting. “The regional matrix structure we put in place in Europe has supported significant growth there and led to dramatic increases in cross-company collaboration. We see Les’ appointment as the opportunity to extend those learnings and results to our largest business — the U.S. Les is a savvy and results-focused leader with a track record of delivering consistent financial growth through economic cycles and a commitment to client service. The Executive Committee and I are excited to welcome him to the firm.”
Mr. Moeller has more than 25 years of experience in helping global consumer products and retail companies develop new business models to drive growth and reduce costs.
