KENNESAW, Ga., Jan. 04, 2017 -- Get started on achieving your wellness goals with the first of three powerful workshops in January. Dr. Andrew St. Bernard, DC, kicks off the first workshop, “Lead to Win in 2017,” held on January 7. This workshop will be followed by “21st Century Weight Loss” with Dr. David Jockers, DC, MS, CSCS, on January 14 and a special “Harry’s Whole Foods Shopping Tour” on February 20 with Nutritionist Haley Gibson, BSN, RN, FDN, and Dr. David Jockers. These special events support patients and registrants on their path to wellness and are free to attend. Registration is required for all workshops.
The “Lead to Win in 2017” workshop, held on January 7, and hosted by Dr. Andrew St. Bernard, DC, a renowned speaker and Life University graduate, introduces participants to the 21 laws of leadership described in the best-seller, “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.” Participants will learn how to become more effective and raise their leadership level, address issues that are hindering professional and personal growth, and improve their relationships. This free event runs from 12-1pm at Exodus Health Center. Registration is required.
The “21st Century Weight Loss” Workshop is scheduled on January 14 and is free to attend with registration. The event runs from 12-1pm in Suite 105 of Exodus Heath Center. Dr. David Jockers, DC, MS, CSCS, a functional nutritionist and corrective care chiropractor and owner and operator of Exodus Health Center, gives participants insight on how to achieve their weight loss goals by learning how to harness the power of four key hormones.
On February 20, the “Harry’s Whole Foods Shopping Tour” starts at 7pm at 70 Powers Ferry Road in Marietta. Participants should register for this hour-long free event where they will learn how to select the best foods to achieve health goals, boost their energy, improve their diet, and lose weight. Functional nutritionist Haley Gibson, BSN, RN, FDN and Dr. David Jockers, DC, MS, CSCS empowers participants to make better eating choices with foods that heal the body, fight cancer, and offer superfood nutritional value.
