“Destiny 2: Forsaken,” the upcoming expansion to “Destiny 2,” just got a teaser trailer showcasing the many weapons that will be coming bundled with the expansion.

Exciting new weapons such as the Two-tailed fox look ready to change the way the sci-fi shooter's PVP is going to be played once the expansion hits.

“Destiny 2: Forsaken” also introduces bows into the game's already prodigious selection of weapons. The trailer showcases the Trinity Ghoul, an electric bow that deals shock damage that spreads to nearby enemies when players get an initial precise kill. Another interesting Bow showcase from the trailer is the Wish-Ender, a powerful bow that allows the user to see through walls and has a massive piercing capability that can take out multiple enemies at once in its own unique way.

As if the promise of new weapons that change the game's already hectic flow isn't enough, also coming is a New Game Mode called “Gambit,” where PVP and PVE are married into what the developers promise is the next level of the "Destiny 2" multi-player experience. The developers talk about this new game mode with particular excitement in “Destiny 2: Forsaken's” official reveal video.

In Gambit, two teams of players will race to defeat a massive boss opponent by banking points they gain from killing waves of enemy mobs. The faster players bank their points, the more chances they have to disrupt the opposing team's chance of unlocking the game mode's final boss. Gambit takes the PVP component to the next level by allowing a player from each team to invade the opposing team's arena for even more mayhem.

“Destiny 2: Forsaken” is available for pre-order on the game's official website in multiple bundle types, including a season pass option that opens up future DLC content for “Destiny 2's” latest expansion. The update will be released on Sept. 4.
