NEW YORK, March 16, 2016 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the American depositary shares of China Sunergy Co, Ltd. China Sunergy Co., Ltd.’s stock was suspended on March 14, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. Republic Airways Holdings, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 08, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Sutor Technology Group Limited. Sutor Technology Group Limited’s stock was suspended on March 07, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Royale Energy, Inc. Royale Energy, Inc.’s stock was suspended on January 21, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the preferred stock of Emmis Communications Corporation. Emmis Communications Corporation’s preferred stock was suspended on February 29, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of Swisher Hygiene, Inc. Swisher Hygiene, Inc.’s stock was suspended on January 15, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
