This year’s Ag Summit will focus on strategies to drive farm performance and conquer agriculture cycles.
The Ag Summit brings together the industry’s leaders along with DTN/The Progressive Farmer award-winning experts for thought-provoking discussions on opportunities, challenges and risks facing farmers today. This year’s keynote speaker is NASCAR visionary and motorsports industry innovator, Andy Papathanassiou. He will discuss optimizing performance and how making changes to procedures, programs and production and management practices can help enhance business.
In addition, Dr. Nairman Behravesh, chief economist for IHS Markit, will share an overview on the global economy and what it means for U.S. Agriculture. Other speakers include: Patrick Christie, founder of Conservis; Sid Gorham, leader of the digital agriculture group at DuPoint; Keith Soltwedel, the manager of production systems for John Deere’s Region 4 Marketing Organization; and Jerre Stead, executive chairman of DTN, who will participate in a panel discussion about how technology producers compete and conquer ag cycles.
