Fort Lauderdale , March 21, 2016 -- DNA brands Inc is pleased to announce that since the change in management effective Feb 1st 2016 the company has set up a joint venture agreement with Accel Brands Inc, has actively been reaching out to it’s creditors to begin the process of eliminating debt off of the books of the company and has been evaluating new locations for the company headquarters.
DNA Brands recent joint venture with Accel Brands Inc, has brought Mr. Janon Costley to begin working with the company. Mr. Costley duties in the joint venture will be to reintroduce the DNA Brand of beverages back into retail, also product re-development. Through the joint venture, Mr. Costly brings a wealth of brand and retail distribution to DNA Brands Inc.
Mr. Janon Costley, is a business executive with over 15 years of experience in brand development, licensing and operations. Mr. Costley has consistently been able to utilize his unique entrepreneurial spirit and keen market insight to identify quality, revenue generating, brand extension, acquisition, licensing and distribution opportunities for companies in the retail and consumer products sectors. Throughout his career Mr. Costley has been involved with many major consumer products companies , including Skechers, Toyota, Exxon-Mobil, MCM, Converse, Pony, FIFA , YMLA, Roland Garros, and boutique brands such as Loudmouth Golf, Mano Swartz Furs, Tiny’s Tequila, Carmen Brown Sweet Tea Rum, Bon Fun Cognac, Kamasutra Vodka and Copa Imperial Tequila as well as many others as either a licensee, brand manager, owner/operator or consultant. Mr. Costley is Co-Founder of boutique licensing and brand extension agency, The Brand Liaison, CEO/Chairman of Affinity Beverage Group, Inc/Village Tea Company Distribution, Inc. and Co-founder of STI Signature Spirits Group, LLC where he has been integral part of developing the company's existing portfolio and sales and marketing platform. Mr. Costley holds a Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina A&T State University.
