“Cyberpunk 2077” is a game that many fans of CD Projekt Red and its previous “The Witcher” trilogy are eagerly anticipating. It’s clear that this is a title that many are looking forward to and would like to be able to play as soon as possible. However, the developers recently declared that they are aiming to release the game without bug issues whatsoever. They are also aiming for visuals to rival that of “Red Dead Redemption 2.”
CD Projekt Red has earned a reputation for uncompromising dedication to quality and customer service, and this is one of the reasons for the hype behind “Cyberpunk 2077.” These are the same people behind “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt,” after all. If they can deliver a game on the same level as that masterpiece, and it’s looking like they actually can, fans will be more than happy.
However, this dedication also means that there is a long development time to consider when it comes to the games that the company is making. As such, fans can expect that this new revelation will mean a longer period before the release of “Cyberpunk 2077.” Much of this will be due to extensive bug tests to ensure that the game will actually provide a good experience when it launches.
Not too many fans of “The Witcher 3” will argue that the game was riddled with bugs when it came out. It wasn’t until a few weeks later that it became more playable through patches and the developers kept working at it until the title achieved its current level of excellence. CD Projekt Red would like to bypass this mess from the outset with “Cyberpunk 2077.”
Aside from wanting a better gaming experience, the developers are also targeting a graphical presentation that would not be put to shame next to “Red Dead Redemption 2.” With this being the case, fans might not be able to get their hands on “Cyberpunk 2077” until 2021.
