SAN DIEGO, Jan. 04, 2018 -- Each year in January, San Diego based Corporate Directors Forum (CDF) holds a conference titled Directors Forum 2018: Directors, Management & Shareholders in Dialogue. This year’s conference will focus on how culture impacts the boardroom and beyond.
This past year brought the importance of culture to the forefront. Company principles and values are set at the top, and the consequences cannot be underestimated. Boardroom decisions affect not only company performance, but also employees, clients, investors and the community at large.
The annual conference, held on January 21-23, 2018 at the University of San Diego, brings together investors, directors and management to engage in open, off-the-record dialogue about today’s pressing governance issues.
“Being present at this event allows you to be part of the dialogue with leading governance authorities in today’s business environment. It will provide you with experiential learning that we expect you’ll find invaluable,” said Christina de Vaca, CEO of the Corporate Directors Forum.
In addition to sessions featuring our four Keynote speakers, Joann Lublin, Bruce E. Aust, Sharon Garrett, and William D. Jones, panel topics include:
- Shareholder Hot Topics,
- The Culture Impact: Values, Attitudes and Strategic Directions
