YORK, Pa., Jan. 10, 2018 -- On January 9, 2018, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.155 per common share, payable on February 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 23, 2018. This quarterly cash dividend represents a two cent or fifteen percent increase from the amount paid in the previous quarter.
