BoldChat by LogMeIn is an omni-channel customer engagement solution that consolidates live chat, email, video chat, self-service, Twitter and SMS into one product. Aimed at helping companies seamlessly engage with their customers across many digital channels and devices at every stage of their journey, BoldChat provides human-to-human connections and a way for companies to better communicate with their customers through a single interface. In a time when even one bad experience can drive customers away for good, BoldChat allows companies to bring a new level of service and support to their customers, helping build loyalty, boost sales and improve operational efficiencies.
“No matter the industry, BoldChat is helping companies create positive customer experiences by specifically solving many of the pain points plaguing today’s customer service and support teams, including disjointed customer information and siloed communication," said Dave Campbell, Vice President, Customer Engagement and Support, LogMeIn. “We thank the Stevie Awards for recognizing BoldChat this year and send sincere congratulations to all finalists.”
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 10 percent over 2016.
