SARASOTA, Fla., Nov. 07, 2017 -- BluDog Products LLC, a subsidiary of International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTC:INCC), has executed a LOI to acquire a, Florida based, Nutraceutical Co-Packer. The Co-Packer’s, unaudited, revenues are greater than $10,000,000 per year with $2,000,000 in EBITDA.
“We are very excited to embark on a campaign to acquire and roll up Nutraceutical Co-Packer companies. Many have positive cash flows and all stand to benefit from consolidation and economies of scale. We feel that this model is sustainable and should create significant shareholder value,” said Antonio Uccello, CEO, BluDog Products LLC.
