(Nasdaq:BL), a leading cloud-based provider of financial controls and automation solutions that enable Continuous Accounting, today announced the closing of a follow-on public offering by certain selling stockholders of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $33.00 per share, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 521,739 shares of common stock. BlackLine did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James, William Blair and JMP Securities acted as co-managers.
