WALLA WALLA, Wash., Dec. 16, 2016 -- Banner Corporation (NASDAQ GSM:BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable January 18, 2017, to common shareholders of record on January 9, 2017.
Banner Corporation also announced that it will report its fourth quarter 2016 results after the market closes on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. PST (11:00 a.m. EST) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
