RESTON, Va., May 24, 2017 -- Appian Corporation (NASDAQ:APPN) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on May 25, 2017, under the symbol "APPN," and the offering is expected to close on May 31, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. Appian has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the Class A common stock is being offered by Appian.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Barclays are acting as book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Canaccord Genuity, and Cowen and Company are acting as co-managers.
