Dr. Pinar Ozcan is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Warwick Business School and Visiting Scholar at London Business School. She specializes in strategy, entrepreneurship, and the emergence of new technology markets.
Dr. Ozcan completed her Ph.D. at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) at the Stanford University Management Science and Engineering Department, and also holds a Master of Science and dual Bachelors degrees from Stanford.
In the past few years, Dr. Ozcan has received the Excellence in Research Award at IESE, the EFMD Best Teaching Case Award, the IDEA Entrepreneurship Thought Leader Award, and a Best Paper Nomination at the Academy of Management Journal. She served as the Representative at Large for the Entrepreneurship Division of the Strategic Management Society between 2010-2012 and is currently a Representative at Large for the Knowledge and Innovation Interest Group at the Strategic Management Society.
