I am a Health Psychologist and Research Officer with over 12 years of experience conducting mixed method Health and Appearance Research with multidisciplinary colleagues both nationally and internationally. I am passionate about conducting impactful research that helps improve psychological and physical health.
I currently conduct infant feeding research which aims to better support parents wishing to breastfeed their babies and health professionals who are supporting parents to breastfeed.
I have also been involved in developing evidence-based psychological interventions for those struggling with appearance concerns and those with cancer and developing psychometric assessments to help identify those with appearance concerns and to measure treatment effectiveness.
