Deborah Gleeson is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology and Public Health at La Trobe University. She teaches subjects with a health systems, health policy and public health focus.
Deborah's research interests focus on the impact of international trade agreements on health care and public health policy.
Deborah is the deputy convenor for the Political Economy of Health Special Interest Group of the Public Health Association of Australia, which is concerned with the macro-level political and economic structures which shape health. She is an active member of the global People's Health Movement.
