Leanne Weber is the Deputy Director of the Border Crossing Observatory and an ARC Future Fellow researching the policing of internal borders. She is the co-author, with Sharon Pickering, of Globalization and Borders: Death at the Global Frontier (Palgrave, 2011, 2014) and the editor of Rethinking Border Control for a Globalizing World (Routledge, 2015).
