I am a lecturer in Nutrition in the School of Health, Medical and applied Sciences, Central Queensland University, Rockhampton, Australia. I am a Registered Nutritionist with the Australian Society of Nutrition (and a Registered Dietician with the Iranian Medical Council). I am a member of Physical Activity Research Group, Appleton Institute, CQU. My interests, research and publications are around dietary patterns, gut health and probiotics, and chronic diseases.
