Brenton Prosser is Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University.
Previously, he was Senior Fellow at the Crick Centre for Understanding Politics at the University of Sheffield in the UK. He has also worked as a director in the Commonwealth Public Service and was Senior Policy Adviser to Independent Senator Nick Xenophon when the Senator first shared the 'balance of power'.
He has published four books, including a guide to ADHD, which has sold over 5,000 copies internationally. His latest book, Minority Policy (MUP), looks at the influence of independents and marginal members on contemporary public policy.
Brenton is a member of the Australian Political Studies Assocation, the Australian Sociological Association and the British Political Studies Assocation.
