I am a Registered Dietitian and MSc candidate at the University of Guelph with a passion for child and family-centred nutrition research. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph and completed my dietetic training at the Hospital for Sick Children. My current research project aims to explore the co-occurrence of health behaviours such as dietary intake, sleep, screen time and physical activity, and their associations with body composition outcomes among preschool-aged children.
