Taibat is a HCPC Registered Dietitian with postgraduate degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition (Distinction) and Human Nutrition (Merit). She has experience working within the NHS as an Acute Dietitian and been involved in public health interventions and research.
Her areas of interest in research includes, public health nutrition, obesity and older adults and nutrition support. She has carried out a public health study in East London, investigating the prevalence of 'healthy' and 'less healthy' food and drinks advertisements near schools. Her current research project focuses on older adults, appetite and dietary intake.
Taibat is passionate about promoting evidence-based nutrition information and dispelling nutrition myths. She enjoys helping individuals achieve their health and nutrition goals in a safe, sustainable and realistic manner.
