I am a medical doctor by background, currently in public health speciality training in London. I have numerous peer-reviewed publications in epidemiology and health policy. In my current role, I work on cardiovascular disease prevention in the London Borough of Hackney, and part-time at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) on the management of non-communicable diseases in humanitarian settings. I also hold a NIHR academic clinical fellow position at the Institute for Global Health at UCL.
