The United States launched airstrikes on three major Iranian nuclear facilities on Saturday evening, U.S. time, in what President Donald Trump described as a decisive military operation. The attack targeted Iran’s Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan nuclear sites using six bunker buster bombs and Tomahawk missiles launched from U.S. submarines stationed 400 miles away.

President Trump addressed the nation at 10 PM ET, calling the mission "very successful" and stating that it had "completely and totally obliterated" Iran's nuclear capabilities. He emphasized that the U.S. is now seeking peace but warned that if Iran refuses to cooperate, the alternative will be “tragedy” for the Islamic Republic, which he labeled a "state sponsor of terrorism around the globe."

Trump issued a stark warning to Iran's leadership, saying the U.S. is prepared to strike additional targets “very quickly and with precision” if Iran does not engage in peace efforts. He confirmed all American aircraft involved in the operation have safely returned and expressed gratitude to Israel for its support and coordination during the mission.

In a congratulatory message to U.S. military personnel, Trump stated, “There is not another military in the world that could have done this.” The bold strike significantly escalates tensions in the Middle East, with global leaders watching closely for Iran’s response.

This high-profile military action marks a turning point in U.S.-Iran relations and could reshape geopolitical dynamics in the region. The strategic precision of the U.S. strikes underscores America's advanced military capabilities and firm stance against nuclear proliferation.
