As the conclusion to Season 7 of “The Walking Dead” approaches, fans of the zombie drama could not help but think as to who’s next literally to die. The “Say Yes” episode, however, has provided some insight into the matter.
Early in the episode, Rosita (Christian Serratos) has expressed her disappointment with the group who do not see the importance of getting more guns and going after the wicked Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Moreover, we also saw Rosita venturing out for more weapons, and gets disappointed when she spotted a fake one. Later on, she incites Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) on a suicide mission to assassinate Negan.
Rosita warns, "This could be a one-way ticket for both of us, if it is both of us."
Of which Sasha agrees.
Refinery29 said Sasha could meet her untimely death, if the show writers would be following Holly’s timeline in the comic books:
“In the comics, Holly plots to kill Negan. In the process, Holly gains walker status. (We said there would be spoilers.) In the episode "Say Yes," Sasha plots to kill Negan as revenge for the death of Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), her love ill-fated love interest. If her trajectory is, in fact, that of Holly's, this could mean we should prep the coffin and the think pieces, because Sonequa Martin-Green is saying goodbye.”
